You get out of the car with air conditioning. The humid air and the heat hits you once again. The smell of fish and other mixed stews spreads around you, and a heavy smell of cigarret- and bålrøg. You move through the narrow streets and neighborhoods. The houses are made of cold cement, with tin roofs that make the streets dark. The many children's eyes follow you, with a look that expresses their amazement at what you're doing here. A little girl of 5 years leading the way. Further into the middle of the neighborhood, she guides you up some small stairs that lead up to it, similar to a hollow of a tree. The girl shows a space of 2.5 x 2.5 meters. In the room there is a mattress, a teddy bear, a plastic bench and in the corner stands a small rice cooker. This space is her home. Here she lives with her mother, who is out working. The neighbors look after her, and let her watch TV in their home. This is her reality, this is her home - and her life. The girl fills you every day with smiles and laughter at MCM.
We have the last week visited 28 of the school's total of 38 sponsored children. The description above was one of the homes we visited. dekupazo technika We visited the children living with their grandparents as parents have had to travel abroad to earn money. Children who together with his family, lives in a house that is built on a pile cemented garbage. One family has even built a house with bamboo walls and palm leaves as roof. Another family must share toilet and bath with 7-8 other families as well as families who can not afford to stay even and must stay 5 people on the small room at his in-laws. We have come back on the built facade, dekupazo technika which will be hidden by the school uniforms dekupazo technika and finely curled hair. We have come out of reality for many Filipino children and their families. It's clear to see which terms and miljø'er families are forced to live in. These visits have put many thoughts going! We throughout our stay was aware that the sponsored children do not have much. But it is not until you stand in "play house" you comprehend the reality of the children live in. It's not to understand how the children we play with every day is so full of joy, full of go-getter and dreams when they live as they do. We sit here and actually empty word, for we do not know how to explain what we are experiencing. It is neither to understand or explain dekupazo technika when you live in a country like Denmark where we have it all - economically. We must not pay to go to school or worry about making money for our children's schooling. Most families earn about 26 kr. A day. MCM's sponsorship program is a huge blessing for these families. Sponsor program allows families to send their children to a school where the teachers are passionate about maximizing their potential for lifelong learning. MCM is one of the leading educational institutions that provide access to quality education. These sponsored children are the hope for the whole family on a life of better opportunities. Despite the families do not have much, they have each other! They have a living faith that every day gives them joy, as they have a great God who saves! We have a great God who saves!
Sponsor Programme is not possible without sponsors. If there are no sponsors, children can not go on MCM and they must return to the corrupt public school. We must be grateful that our children or future children will not have to pay for good education and now offers great opportunities for the future. If you are considering sponsoring a Filipino child for 200 kr. Month you can contact us privately. We will gladly answer all questions because we really want all these amazing children continue to be able to be at MCM!
